Vortex Minion

Vortex Minions are upper-level demons who have the ability to create vortexes. These vortexes can send victims to Purgatory. However, in rare cases, these vortexes can suck them into worlds fashioned according to their desires and dreams.

Vortex Minions can create these realms and control them by watching from a water pit. These realms eventually lead to the self-destruction of the victim, after which the Vortex Minion feeds from their energy and pain.

History[]

Main article: Gith

In 2003, Chris Halliwell asked Gith, a Vortex Minion, to help him teach his mother and aunts a lesson by putting them into these dangerous, self-destructing realms. Chris intended to kill Gith, but Gith, suspecting the betrayal, attacked Chris first by shooting him with a Darklighter Crossbow. Gith was vanquished when he entered Piper's world and was caught in the explosion of her SUV.

Powers and Abilities[]

Active Powers

  • Smoking: The ability to teleport through smoke.
  • Vortex Creation: The ability to create vortexes that can send beings to Purgatory or alternate realities.
    • Reality Warping: The ability to warp the fabric of reality. Gith could create alternate realities inside his vortexes, based on the desires of his victims.
  • Apportation: The ability to transfer objects from one place to another.
  • Sensing: The ability to sense and locate other beings.
