Treat Taylor is a self-proclaimed number one club promoter in all of San Francisco and was hired by Piper Halliwell in 2001 as the new manager of P3.
History[]
Piper had hopes of making some changes in her life after the death of her sister as well as making the club a hip and happening location again to bring money into the Halliwell home, which was at the time was only a single-income household.
Expecting that the changes to the club would be gradual and take time, Piper was surprised to find out how many changes Treat wanting to make in such a short amount of time. He wanted to hang white gauze curtains to give the place some flavor, replace tables with miles of pillows so that customers could lay back and relax, he also ripped out the Halliwell's table that Phoebe, Prue and Piper would sit at regularly. Treat also changed the name of the club to The Spot after claiming he polled people who thought P3 was a parking level; he removed the P3 sign from the wall and it broke as it fell to the floor; after which Piper says P3 doesn't exist anymore. The club went from a quiet, sophisticated club to a wild, trashy club with women dancing on bar tops and couple lounging around kissing and groping one another in a matter of days.
Treat's changes didn't last, Piper let him go and the club went back to its regular state afterwards and Leo healed the P3 sign - symbolizing a new P3 now exists—Prue, Piper and Phoebe is a memory but now it is Piper, Phoebe and Paige—a new Power of Three.
