Tommy is the son of Eve and her husband Carl. He is about the same age as Wyatt Halliwell.

During a playdate with Wyatt and some other kids, Tommy accidentally tripped and spilled ice cream of Leo's shirt, which his mother used as an opportunity to seduce Leo and get his shirt off.
