Thorn Spitting is the power to spit black poisonous thorns from one's mouth in rapid succession. The first symptoms of this poison are light-headedness and dizziness, followed by a coma that will eventually kill the victim unless healed in time. The only known user of this power are Thorn Demons.

Piper was hit with a thorn when she and Paige fought a group of Thorn Demons. She initially felt fine, though she eventually became dizzy and light-headed before falling into a coma. She was later healed by Wyatt, though she remained in a coma and nearly died until Leo returned to her.[1]
