The Circle of Truth is an enchanted circle created by the Tribunal. It is able to read the thoughts and memories of whoever makes contact with the circle and project them in the form of a hologram. The circle can also be activated by a hand gesture. It only shows what needs to be seen, no matter how painful, sad or difficult the memories may be.
Since truth is the property of being in accord with fact and reality, the circle works the same for both Good and Evil beings.
