The Charmed Ones of the Parallel World are the evil counterparts of the Charmed Ones in the world of good. They are known to be the most powerful witches ever to walk the Earth.
Unlike their good counterparts, these witches are very open about their identities as terrorizing witches, and frighten even their neighbors.
History[]
When sending Chris and Leo back to the future with a spell, their good counterparts come through, much to everyone's shock. Chris and Leo manage to escape and find safety.
Evil Gideon managed to talk the sisters into waiting at their house instead of going after them as their good counterparts are doing.
Phoebe and Paige found them with Barbas and their good counterparts. The good Phoebe and Paige propose trading their Leo and Chris for theirs, but the evil ones refuse to believe them. Feeling left out of option, the two sets of sisters tried to orb back the other to knock them out. Both sets of orbs collide and so bounce back on the ground. Then, each sister confronts their own counterpart, but because of their identical ways of thinking, they are evenly matched and fight until they tire. Just then, both Paiges get a call from Evil Piper who tells them she is in labor. Leo tells them he learned from Barbas that Gideons are after both sets of Wyatt Halliwell.
This enforces the sisters to work together. They create a Power of Four spell and cast it on Evil Gideon just as he is about to kill Evil Wyatt. The spell wounds him and the good Gideon enough to stop them both. Evil Phoebe goes to pick up her nephew. They then cast another spell using the Power of Four to open a new portal to help Phoebe, Paige, Leo, and Chris cross back over to their world. Chris manages to retrieve his and Leo's evil doppelgängers and send them back through before the portal closes.[1] Unfortunately, their venture to the parallel universe has caused a ripple effect: the balance of good and evil have completely fallen off, making one world too good and another one too evil.
Phoebe and Paige look through Gideon's office until Phoebe hears an echo that leads her to finding the Enchanted Mirror where they talk to their evil doppelgängers. They theorize that Phoebe and Paige's good deeds in their world caused the balance to disrupt, and believe their evil twins should travel to theirs to do some serious deed of evil to restore it. Both Paiges come up with an idea to cast a spell on their respective Pipers to get the Power of Three back long enough to create a new portal for the evil Phoebe and Paige to come through. However, Phoebe and Paige (and likely their evil doppelgängers) are put under a spell by Piper after being incentivized by Barbas. They -likely broke out of the spell the same time good Phoebe and Paige did.[2]

The Power of Four Spell[]
A spell that was meant to kill, but only caused harm.
The sisters and their parallel selves create the following spell, invoking the Power of Four to destroy Gideon.
- We call upon the Ancient Lore
- To punish with the Power of Four,
- Strike down this threat from both there and here,
- Make him suffer, then disappear.
Powers and Abilities[]
As magical witches, the Charmed Ones have the basic abilities of spell casting, potion brewing, scrying, and mediumship.
Since they are the evil doppelgängers of the Charmed Ones, their powers are more or less the same, meaning Piper has the powers of Molecular Immobilization and Molecular Combustion. However, Paige has the powers of a Darklighter-Witch, giving her the extra power of Apportation in addition to Black Orbing and Telekinetic Orbing.
Phoebe likely doesn't have any activate powers like her good counterpart.
The Power of Three[]
Although each sister has proven herself to be a powerful witch in her own right, the combined magic of the Charmed Ones, known as the "Power of Three", is where their true strength lies.
When all three sisters are gathered, their powers are united as one. Said to be the most powerful form of magic, the Power of Three is rooted in the Charmed Ones' bond as sisters. It is their love for each other that makes the bond and the magic of each sister stronger. The Power of Three also has its own spell, called the Power of Three Spell.

- Since these Charmed Ones are parallel versions living in a world where morality is reversed, they most likely had an evil version of Prue Halliwell, who also perished.
