Christy was wrong to say that the Charmed Ones were evil, but it's not like she didn't criticize them properly. The whole thing about Cole, their switching identities, the spell of the Perfect Man... well, the sisters caused a lot of messes and people died because of them, but they never cared much, except they were people close to them.
