Suzanne is a mortal who offers shelter to the homeless. Because of her good work, she became a target for demons.
History[]
Piper and Paige were sent to protect her after hearing that she needed protection from demons. Suzanne mistook them for homeless people and gave them a sheet of paper about the shelter. Piper, edgy at the Elders' sentencing Leo, froze Suzanne seconds before a group of Thorn Demons appeared. Piper knocked Suzanne out of the way of a flying fireball then joined Paige behind a dumpster and quickly dispatched the demons.

- Suzanne was the only frozen person to be knocked over without the freeze breaking.
- Her name was never mentioned on the show, only on released information.
