The Stoner was one of the many witches[1] who gathered for the be-in at the Golden Gate Park in 1967. He stood up against a police officer when they arrived to chase them off, at which point Penny Halliwell used a spell to turn their batons into flowers. The stoner and the other witches then ran off.
