Slappy was a clown puppet owned by Paige Matthews. He was her favorite toy, but many people find it unfit for a child. With Piper's baby almost ready to be born, Paige began to have recurring dreams of a baby shower. In it, she has Slappy with her.
When Paige overdosed on dream dust, a human-sized Slappy appeared from her dreams. He eventually disappeared when Paige went back to sleep to face her problems. The doll was last seen in her sleeping arms at P3.[1]

- The name may be based on R.L. Stine's novel character, Slappy the Dummy.
