Sandra was a witch who lived in San Francisco. Her body was inhabited by Isis's spirit and soon died.
History[]
Jeric had transferred Isis's spirit to Sandra' body, but because Sandra didn't have enough power for Isis to cast the Spell to drive Sandra's spirit out of her body, Sandra started to burn up. She still had enough power to scry for another witch right before she died. Following her death, Jeric mummified her to keep Isis's spirit from moving on.
He had to leave without her, because the police was coming. He later went to the Coroner's Examination Room where the coroner got electrocuted by the mummy. Jeric teleported to his tomb with the mummy, where he transferred Isis' Spirit to Phoebe Halliwell's body, after he kidnapped her.
