Rodger Stenstrom is a minor character in the short story, Preconceived, one of eight in The Warren Witches. He is Hugh Stenstrom's father and Stella Stenstrom's husband. He married Stella under the influence of a spell.
History[]
Rodger was recruited to fight in the Vietnam War, and is absent for a majority of the time.
After Patty Halliwell banished Stella, Rodger and Hugh were informed that she had drowned in a lake. He came back to San Francisco for the funeral, where Patty found out they have decided to relocate.
