Raphael, also known as Raphael the Snake Charmer, appears only in the novel, The Gypsy Enchantment. His pet is a snake called Isabella.

Raphael is an employee in Carnival Cavalcade. While staying in San Francisco, Raphael becomes infatuated with Phoebe Halliwell and tries poorly to win her affection. Repulsed by his physical appearance and overbearing approaches, Phoebe avoids him at all costs until he finally gets the message.
