Rachel became the new bartender at P3 after Abbey was arrested.

Rachel started working at P3 after Abbey was arrested for the attempted murder of Prue Halliwell.
Since Prue was still a little shaken after her ordeal with Abbey, she questioned Rachel as she served her and Phoebe their drinks. Rachel mentioned being engaged and studying for her Master's degree in education since she wanted to become a teacher and quit her job at the bar afterwards. A relieved Prue then tipped her.
