The Potion Sorcerer is a wise old potion maker who resided in the Underworld. It is implied that he offers his services to both Good and Evil, as he was seen assisting both Chris Halliwell and Leo Wyatt. This could indicate that he is not truly loyal to evil, but merely assists those who seek his help.
History[]
The Potion Sorcerer helped Chris create a rare potion that could block Phoebe Halliwell's new power of Empathy in order to protect his secrets. The potion which required a Kotochul Egg from the Swamp Land, so Chris went to retrieve one.
When Chris left the lair, it was revealed that the Sorcerer was working with Leo, who was spying on Chris while invisible to find out what he was hiding. When Leo confronted Chris, he claimed the potion was for the Charmed Ones, as they were all frustrated with Phoebe's new power. However, when Leo left, Chris asked the Sorcerer to create a second potion for himself.
