Norman Jones was a physically imposing man, who was murdered by Gil Townsend. He was a heavily drunk customer at P3. He had a heated argument with Piper Halliwell and Jennifer before Gil Townsend came in and talked him down.
He was later found murdered. His hands were literally hacked off post-murder, for Gil's ritual.
