Miss Hickock was Phoebe Halliwell's high school gym teacher at Baker High School. She seemed to think of young Phoebe as a criminal, and did not see potential in her.
History[]
Phoebe ran into Miss Hickock at her high school reunion. When Phoebe told her that she was now an advice columnist, Miss Hickock laughed and remarked that Phoebe never seemed to take any advice back in her youth. Paige guesses Miss Hickock was Phoebe's gym teacher, to which Phoebe got surprised.
Later night, when teen Phoebe cast a spell that turns the entire reunion class into adolescent partyers, Miss Hickock is the one to call the cops after seeing the wild party.
