Luthor Morris is the father of Darryl Morris. In 1967, he was a criminal arrested for unknown reasons, though he seemed resentful to "The Man", presumably the government or another form of authority.

Piper and Phoebe Halliwell encountered Luthor in jail after being arrested in 1967. After using a spell to magically seduce a guard, they handed his uniform to Luthor so he could pretend to be a cop and lead them out. Luthor remarked he could get used to the uniform, at which Piper replied that his son could as well.

- Luthor was indirectly mentioned in the novel The Brewing Storm: his daughter-in-law left his grandson with him and his wife for the day so she and Darryl could have a romantic dinner.
