Kristin McMillan is a reporter at 415 Magazine, who is tasked with interviewing performers at the Carnival Cavalcade with Prue Halliwell.
She is described as the over-giggling, gossip-loving, matchmaking type of blonde. Prue often finds her annoying.
History[]
Kristin and Prue are given the assignment to cover a feature for the Carnival Cavalcade. While Prue takes pictures of the performers , the performances and their lifestyle, Kristin interviews them. She can immediately tell there is chemistry between Prue and the animal trainer Ivan, and tries to play matchmaker. At one point, she was interested in writing a story about Ivan's "curse", which is rumored around the circus performers.
Despite her involvement, Kristin remains in the dark about the mysteries at work.
