Jasmine Black is a hippie Wiccan high priestess with a coven of her own. She claims to have magic, but is actually a fraud. She appears only in the book, Something Wiccan This Way Comes.

History[]

Jasmine's coven traveled to Las Vegas for the Gathering of the Covens. They met and befriended Paige Matthews. During a night out at a bar, Jasmine's coven used a voodoo doll to "play tricks" on a girl who was rude to one of her members before. Outside, Paige witnessed the girl being attacked and orbed his knife into her hand. Jasmine witnessed the whole thing and realized she was an actual witch.

She continuously hinted at her gifts, and when Piper went missing, Phoebe and Paige confronted her. At the mention of going to the police, she confessed that she didn't have any powers whatsoever. The rest of her coven had no knowledge about it, so Jasmine asked Paige and Phoebe to keep her secret.
