Hieroglyhs
The hieroglyphs are characters that belong to the writing system of Ancient Egypt. Mages such as Tipket and Hoptith used the glyphs for Spell Casting.
History[]
When Piper and Phoebe went back in time to find Paige, they were caught by guards in the temple and locked in a cage inside a room filled with magical hieroglyphs to prevent them from escaping. Hoptith made her way inside and used a conjunction spell on the glyphs to make the creatures on the pictures come to life as monsters and attack them. Tipket was able to reverse the spell with one of her own. Tyler Carlson used a protection hieroglyph to ward off scorpions from his room.[1]

- The Egyptian Urn, Jeric's lair, the Avatar Vanquishing Potions and the wall journaling Anubis all had hieroglyphic writings on them.
