The Health Inspector checked P3 in 2003. However, his inspection was sabotaged by Cole Turner in his larger scheme to gain control of the Halliwell Manor.
History[]
Due to Cole Turner's tampering, P3 failed the health inspection for the first time in four years. Piper and Leo tried to change the inspector's mind, but their chances were ruined when rats appeared out of nowhere. The inspector forced them to close to club to resolve the issues, telling them he would schedule another appointment in a few weeks. However, Piper remarked that they would be out of business in a few weeks.
