The earrings belonged to the late Penny Halliwell. She enchanted many of her clothes and jewelry during the Summer of Love to make them return to her if she lost them. The enchantment was so strong that it brought whoever wears her clothes back in time to 1967.

In early 2004, Paige accidentally went back in time after putting on a pair of Grams's Go-Go Boots, which brought her back to 1967. To follow her, Piper put on Grams's earrings while Phoebe wore a ring. By reversing the spell on the objects, the Charmed Ones went back to their own time.[1]
Powers and Abilities[]
- Time Travel: Due to a return-to-owner spell, the earrings transported whoever wears them back in time. The earrings lost their power when Grams reversed the spell.
