The Goverment Agent worked for Homeland Security. In 2005, he showed Piper and Phoebe Halliwell to a storage facility for cold cases, as Agent Murphy had instructed the Charmed Ones to check if these cases were related to the supernatural. The agent handed them a box of gloves and left, much to their dismay.
