The ghost town has been vacant since 1873 due to the occurrence of a Time Loop.[1]
History[]
1873[]
The sadistic and ruthless town sheriff Sutter publicly tortured and executed Bo Lightfeather to instill fear in the townsfolk to make them obey after Bo killed one of his lackeys in self-defense. The unjust crime created a Time Loop that trapped everyone in that year and the town became vacant since 1873.
2001[]
In spring, 2001, Phoebe Halliwell was brought here by her father to help her get a read on the town to find out if anything supernatural occurs since he wants to invest in the place. She sees transparent figures of Bo and Sutter's henchman Slade in a fight. When Bo passes through Phoebe, they become mystically connected, leading to Phoebe receiving his injuries. To save Phoebe, Cole Turner takes her sister Prue into the time loop to find and save Bo. They manage to break the time loop by convincing all the townsfolk to stand up to the sheriff and his goons, leading to a gunfight and Prue telekinetically throwing Sutter through a window while Cole kills Buck with an energy ball.
