"Don't worry, baby. We'll try again. Next time we'll get it right."
—Lulu after Frankie was shot.[src]

Frankie and Lulu were a young couple in the 50's who robbed a series of jewelry stores. They killed three people before being gunned down. Their spirits later briefly possessed Cole Turner and Phoebe Halliwell to fulfill their desire of finally getting married.

After being killed, their spirits remained in Clyde's time traveling door until they were accidentally freed when Paige Matthews wanted to visit her past. After being freed, their spirits possessed Phoebe and Cole and used their bodies to rob a jewelry store, wounding a security guard in the process, for a single ring and a bridal store for a wedding dress.

When Piper investigated, she realized their unfinished business was to get married. Frankie and Lulu held a priest at gunpoint reciting vows when they were confronted by Darryl and Piper. Darryl ended up having to shoot Frankie, so he and Lulu quickly left Cole and Phoebe's bodies so they could get new ones. However, before they could get a chance, Piper called Clyde to return Paige and Leo to the present, so they could heal Cole. Clyde then spotted the spirits and forced them back into their prison within the time traveling door.
