Frank Westen was married to Frieda Westen, one of the women throughout San Francisco who were mysteriously abducted by UFOs. Though she was returned moments later, she had an obsession with fitness and began working out endlessly while watching Meg Winship's exercise videos. Phoebe Halliwell paid them a visit to investigate the matter, but all she got was a premonition.
