The Slime Demon was an upper-level demon of unknown origin which took the shape of a large blob of green slime. Little to nothing is known about this demon, including its true name. It was attracted to all kinds of magic, on which it fed to sustain itself. This demon seemed to be driven by instinct, making its level of sentience questionable at least. Its power level, however, was too strong for one witch to handle.
History[]
In early 2004, Chris Halliwell tracked the demon to a sawmill and wanted the Charmed Ones to vanquish it. When Phoebe levitated, the demon appeared and tried to absorb her magic, allowing Piper to blow it up. Unknown to the sisters, a small part of the demon survived by sticking to Phoebe's clothes. Once at the manor, the demon hid itself.
When Piper summoned Penny Halliwell because Paige was trapped in the past, the demon tried to absorb Chris' magic and grew in size. While Chris orbed out, Piper blew it up again and the demon retreated. While the sisters went back in time, Leo, Chris and Penny discussed ways to beat the demon. When the demon sensed Wyatt's magic, it attacked again and began covering the entire manor to keep everyone from escaping.
Due to the sisters altering history, Penny was transformed into a hippie. While Leo and Chris attempted to electrocute the demon, Penny wanted to reason with it. The demon began feeding on the nexus and covered the entire basement. When Penny approached the demon, she was sucked in. As the demon began overpowering Chris and Leo, the sisters returned to the present and vanquished it with a spell. Having restored the past, Penny reappeared as her old self.

- Sensing: The ability to sense the magic of other beings. The Slime Demon found its victims by sensing their magic when used.
- Swallowing: The ability to engulf other beings and swallow them. The Slime Demon surrounded its victims and trapped them in its slime.
- Magic Absorption: The ability to absorb the magic of other beings. By swallowing its victims, the Slime Demon fed on their magic to grow stronger.
- Other Powers
- Reconstitution: The ability to reform the body once it is destroyed. The Slime Demon could pull itself back together after being blown up and reform at will.
