Delia Nicole Miller is a young witch and a student at Halliwell Academy. Delia was adopted by the Millers at a young age and never learned she was a witch. Though she had suspected, her adoptive family refused to believe her and she was eventually hospitalized when her magic lost control.
History[]
During her adolescence, her powers started coming out forcefully. Knowing she was in danger, the Elders sent Piper and Paige to bring her to Halliwell Academy where she could learn to harness her magic.
Delia had a hard time fitting in at her new school and classmates as most of them thought her weird. She managed to befriend Marcus Lafayette, who was an empath. When she and Jenny Taylor discovered Ms. Ceratta was evil, they went to tell the Charmed Ones. During potion class, Ms. Ceratta realized her identity was discovered and opted to lock in all the students to feed off their insecurities before leaving. A difficult battle ensued as the Charmed Ones arrived to save them. One week later, Delia, Marcus, and Jenny went to Halliwell Manor to attend their dinner party. Delia has finally begun to feel more comfortable with her new life.

Delia was noted to be timid and anti-social, but brave and adaptive to her environment.

- Premonition: The ability to see and experience events from the past, present, and future.
- Molecular Manipulation: The ability to control molecules. According to Paige, Delia had this power from an early age.
