Rat Demons are low-level demons able to transform into rodents in order to hide in the mortal world. They are usually involved in money schemes, such as laundering, since demons need money to blend in. Rat Demons are not to be trusted, as they are deceitful beings.
History[]
Conspiring with Andrew Wike[]

In 2002, a Rat Demon was using Andrew Wike to launder money in a magic club. When Angela Provazolli found out and wanted to expose them, Andrew killed her and framed her ex-husband Stan. When Phoebe had a premonition telling her that Stan was innocent, the sisters set out to prove his innocence and confronted Andrew. They recorded his confession, though Andrew was transformed into a rat and eaten by other rats for his betrayal.
The Rat Demon in charge of the operation then abducted Glen Belland to use him as leverage to prevent the Charmed Ones in exchange the tape. Fearing that the demon would kill Glen if they handed over the tape without leverage of their own, Paige and Leo went to make a deal with the rest of the pack hiding out at pier 86 while Piper and Phoebe confronted him. The other Rat Demons then vanquished the one holding Glen hostage and took the tape, calling it a draw.
Working Under Cole Turner[]
A couple of Rat demons were under the service of Cole Turner in an attempt to destroy the Charmed Ones using the law. Cole had already organized Paige being involved in a hit and run, someone filing a lawsuit against Phoebe and the rat demons were at P3 to make sure Piper failed her health inspection. They were almost killed when Piper tried to blow them up but managed to get away.

- Pyrokinesis: The ability to create and control fire with the mind.
- Shapeshifting: The ability to alter one's physical appearance. Rat Demons can only transform into rats.
- Shimmering: The ability to teleport in a shimmering manner.
- Summoning: The ability to summon others to one's presence.
- Transformation: The ability to transform other beings or objects. Rat Demons can transform their victims into rats.
- Other Powers
- High Resistance: The ability to withstand physical or magical attacks. Rat Demons can run through doors unscathed.

Notes and Trivia[]
- In the season 5 episode, "The Importance of Being Phoebe", the rat demons teleported through blinking instead of shimmering, likely a technical error.
- When Glen Belland was being held hostage, the rat demon claimed the former would die if anything happened to the latter. However, another rat demon vanquished him with no problem, meaning it was possibly a lie.
