Bailey helped Leo with his research. It was then revealed that she was being controlled by the darklighter Rennek. Under his orders, Bailey informed Paige of the existence of Sarah, a young witch from Salem who was a potential student. However, this was a ploy to have Paige find her deceased sister Prue, who was mentoring Sarah in the body of a comatose witch.[1]

Bailey was present at Magic School when the powers of the children of the Charmed Ones went out of control; she later mentioned having put them to sleep with a spell.[2]

Bailey helped Paige to create potions for Piper and Prue in order to vanquish the demons that were causing havoc around the frozen city of San Francisco. She also talks to Paige about her place in the Power of Three and tries to persuade her that she won't be of any less importance just because Prue has returned.[3]

After a global shift caused mortals to receive magic and magical beings powerless, Bailey helped care for everyone at Knox Academy, giving people shelter and protection.[4] When the Charmed Ones built an army against Rennek to reclaim the Nexus of the All, Bailey and many of their friends used magical weapons to aid them in battle.[5]

In the following year, Medusa, Stheno and Euryale started wreaking havoc, and the sisters had to leave their kids with Bailey at Magic School for protection.[6]
