Eleazar is a Demonic Sorcerer who only appears in the canonical e-book, The War on Witches. He is an old acquaintance of Cole Turner's, and a total gossip, but only trades information for something he desires.

Early Life[]
Cole sought out Eleazar years ago when he placed his father's fragmented soul in the sorcerer's care.
Seeing Cole Again[]
Six years after Cole passed away, his soul visited Eleazar again with Phoebe in hopes of finding information on the witches being attacked and having their powers stolen away. Eleazar wanted intel on Prue Halliwell's condition with the All, and Phoebe's refusal to share this information made the situation difficult until Cole offered to give him a reservation at Piper's restaurant so that he may dine a fine meal. The sorcerer agreed immediately as he enjoyed extravaganza cuisine and art.
Cole returned for a second visit on the same day for more information, this time offering Eleazar a seasonal menu. Eleazar told him about Izax and his experiment, then handed back Benjamin's soul. Cole asked him not to tell anyone about Benjamin's soul, which he agreed would be in both of their interests.

- Apportation: The ability to teleport objects into one's vicinity. Eleazar summoned the box containing Benjamin Turner's soul into his living room.

- Immortality: The ability to live an infinite lifespan at a ceased age.
