Douglas Brittany was the business manager of the international fashion designer, Rinaldo. He flirted with Piper Halliwell before revealing his identity as a low-level warlock. A Darklighter killed Douglas whilst collecting Piper for his master's plans.
He appeared only in the novel, A Tale of Two Pipers.
History[]
Douglas first appears at P3 when Piper Halliwell came to the club to oversee the preparations for the upcoming fashion show. The designer wanted to remove the VIP walls and the flooring. Piper and Douglas argued about renovations, and finally agreed to leave the walls, but will replace the floor.
When Piper Two later came in, she and Douglas got along well as they worked together on the procedures. He brought her to dinner, then to a popular club named Bubble, where they and Rinaldo's group partied all night long.
After both Pipers had a huge argument, Piper Two went to Douglas's apartment. Douglas realized she was a witch when he witnessed her freeze a falling board in P3, but acknowledged her identity as a Charmed One only after meeting her sisters. He tried to kill her for her powers, but a Darklighter came in in the knick of time and killed Douglas before taking Piper Two back to Malagon's lair.
