The Chaplain was a minister for a church in San Francisco.
History[]
In 2002, he was held at gunpoint by Frankie and Lulu, a pair of spirits possessing Cole Turner and Phoebe Halliwell in an attempt to get married. The ceremony was interrupted by Darryl and Piper, who froze the chaplain.
