Carl is Eve's husband and Tommy's father.
History[]
He stormed into Halliwell Manor after hearing his wife flirted with Leo Wyatt, who was using the alias "Louis". Piper froze him in the nick of time. After finding out what happened, she ordered Leo to get back in position so they could focus on more serious problems. Carl knocked Leo to the ground, and then Piper showed him to the door.
