Bobby is a highly ranked employee at the Bay Mirror. As Elise wants to promote Phoebe to editor, Bobby prepares a stack of papers for her to sign. Seeing the piled stack discourages Phoebe from signing. When her assistant, Robin, interrupts and tells Phoebe her sister is on the phone, Phoebe excuses herself. However, Bobby is quick enough to hand the papers to her before she leaves.
