This Barbas, also known as the Demon of Hope, is from the Parallel World, where morality is completely reversed. He is the complete opposite of the "evil" Barbas. He warned Leo and Chris about Gideon's plans to kill baby Wyatt.

Helping Leo and Chris[]

After being sent to the Parallel World, Leo and Chris did not know how to return to their world. Realizing that moralities were reversed here, they went to see Barbas for help. However, Barbas revealed that he would not be able to help if the Power of Three had brought them there.
When the good Paige and Phoebe arrived, Barbas thought they were the evil ones, though Leo informed him they were good. However, a few moments later, the evil sisters arrived and began fighting with their good counterparts. During the fight, Barbas revealed to Leo and Chris that Gideon was trying to kill Wyatt, which the demon knew through his ability to read other being's hopes. Having a common enemy, the fighting stopped and they all went after Gideon.

- Since events in both parallel worlds occur to maintain balance in the Grand Design, this Barbas likely perished when his evil counterpart was vanquished by Phoebe and Paige.
