Andrew O'Brian was a Leprechaun who assisted the Charmed Ones a few times in 2006, before turning on them prior to the Ultimate Battle due to the manipulations of the demon Dumain.
History[]
When Paige Matthews decided she wanted to tell her boyfriend Henry Mitchell about magic, she asked several magical beings to improve his bad day. She asked Andrew to grant Henry some luck, which resulted in missing criminals returning, Henry finding his wallet and winning a sum of money.[1]
Andrew and Liam were asked by Paige to sneak into Magic School and spy on their enemies. Unfortunately, they were spotted by a group of demons and almost died until Christy and Billie Jenkins saved them.
After Dumain used the sisters' weaknesses to distract them, demons began attacking the Magical Community. During a fight, Liam was vanquished by a fireball and Andrew went to Paige for help. However, due to Dumain's spell, Paige did not care and orbed him into the bay. This was part of the reason why the Magical Community turned against the Charmed Ones before the Ultimate Battle.[2]
Years later, Andrew and a group of other Leprechauns appeared at Halliwell's after their friend Bevin was attacked by Valen and Fritz. Paige, Phoebe and Leo went with them to the Green Meadow, where Bevin explained that the demons stole Shillelaghs. They were then attacked by the demon Murray and Phoebe vanquished him.[3]

- Hyper Speed: The ability to move at speeds much greater than that of ordinary beings.
- Apportation: The ability to teleport objects from one place to another.
- Powers via Shillelagh
- Rainbow Teleportation: The ability to teleport through a Rainbow. Leprechauns access this power by casting a spell while holding their Shillelagh.
- Powers via Gold Nuggets
- Luck Granting: The ability to grant good or back luck to other beings, which is stored in gold nuggets. Leprechauns access this power through a spell.
- Other Powers
- Immortality: The ability to have an infinite lifespan and an arrested aging process.

- Andrew appeared in the non-canon novel Trickery Treat, which takes place after Season 8 on Halloween. He attended Piper's party after making a deal with Paige and helped fight an evil spirit named Sheldon Winters. He later forgave the sisters and said he understood that they were under a spell. He also developed a crush on Fiona Dunne.
- His name was misspelled as "O'Brien".
